Yes I probably have completely lost the plot for once again doing the Great North Run just a month after returning from Ibiza, with even less training than last year, and a decidedly larger mid-drift. The opportunity to raise money for such a fantastic charity was however far too good of an opportunity to turn down.

For those who supported me and more importantly DWT I cannot thank you enough, and any donation no matter how will make a difference.
