I was previously satisfied running the occasional 5k until my friend Aled suggested that I should run for something and proposed that we run a marathon. So here I am, now committed to run the Welsh Marathon in Pembrokeshire in July. 

I am running for Prostate Cancer UK as this is a disease that has affected my family and will affect 1 in 8 men across the UK. Prostate Cancer UK work to educate men on the dangers of this disease and provide much needed research to help save lives and diagnose and treat the disease as fast as possible. In the next 4 months I will be training for this marathon and my progress will be tracked below.
