Story

I learnt to sew a year ago - my repertoire is not too advanced,  but I plan to sew 26 items for friends and ask each of them for a donation in return, in 26 days.

The coronavirus crisis is making life tough for children. Many feel anxious without school, many are trapped in unsafe homes – and some are having suicidal thoughts and feelings. That's why it's vital Childline is still here for children, to give them somewhere to turn.

I work for the NSPCC and not seen anything hit our work as badly as this pandemic, as much as it has hit everyone, young people are being heavily impacted. Especially those in households where they're experiencing abuse or neglect.

If you want to put in an order please let me know - please don't ask for anything too complicated I have made in the past, cushions, PJ's, shorts, washbags, pencil cases and scrunchies.
