I have struggled with Anxiety and Depression, and it took me ages to speak up and go and see someone and receive some counselling. So realising Men in general bury these feelings, and allow them to fester - I decided that I’d try and help some other men who struggle. I’m looking at raising £500 for CALM, who also work as a partner charity to Heads Together, and focus on Men’s Mental Health.  started growing my beard in 2017, and have had a full beard for the best part of 3 years. My mum and sisters will be happy to see it come off - I however can’t remember what I look like without, and it does serve a purpose for hiding the double chin, snacks, face mask Etc 😂.
