I am taking part in the Mindstep Relay 2023 to raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention. The Mindstep Relay will run for an entire weekend from 5th - 7th May 2023. Each participant will be given a 1-hour time slot to complete an activity of their choice before passing the virtual baton to the next volunteer and so on for the entire weekend! Last year the Relay raised over £12,000 for this vital research. This year we hope to do the same again!
