Kick the Caffeine 2021 · 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 ·

Campaign by NSPCC (RCN 216401 and SC037717)
Kick the caffeine for 14, 21 or 31 days this January and raise money for the NSPCC to help make 2021 a better year for children.

Story

2020 was tough for us all, but national lockdowns, health worries and financial/economic stress has impacted some worse than others.

With nationwide lockdowns, school closures and changes to important services, many children felt anxious and isolated. Others were forced to stay in homes that weren't always happy or safe.

So for January I am going to give up my beloved Tea and Coffee to raise money for those who need more help than I.

The Pandemic has hit everyone differently so please do not worry about not donating if you can't. However, if you can and would like to, please buy me a coffee this month by sponsoring me. Just £4 covers the cost of another child's call being answered.

I apologise to all in advance for my being a grump in Jan!

James.

How your donation could help: -

£4 could pay for one of our trained volunteer counsellors to answer a child's call for help to Childline.

£22 could pay for a helpline practitioner for one hour, providing vital help and support to adults concerned about a child's welfare.

£54 could pay for a Childline supervisor for two hours, supporting our volunteer counsellors.
