On the 30th July, I am going to attempt the Outlaw: an Iron distance event consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and finishing with a marathon. I will be raising money for the Scottish Ambulance Service, which provides life saving medical assistance all over Scotland.
