we are running the amsterdam marathon on october 17th 2010, we will donating all the money to cancer research UK.

If you dont actually know us we are based in bridgnorth in shropshire and we have already done a couple of sponsored walks for cancer research and now we are going for the big one this year.

we are training ourselves into the ground and spending plenty on trainers and busily popping blisters so please all get on board as its a really great cause :)
