Next Wed 23rd, JJ, Milly, Amanda and I are attempting the 3 Peaks Challenge. It's a non-stop hike/ run over the 3 highest mountains in Wales, England and Scotland, covering 26 miles of walking, 3,000 metres of ascent and 462 miles of driving.

My son JJ (14) and I will be trying to climb all 3 peaks in 24 hours, my daughter Milly (10) will be trying to climb one peak and my wife Amanda will be driving us!

We will be dedicating the endeavour to the memory of my nephew David Flett who died earlier this year from a drug related incident aged 22.

Your money will be hugely useful, split between two projects dear to our hearts.
