On Saturday 27th July, I'll be embarking on the toughest physical challenge I've ever put myself through - running a 100km ultra challenge. 

Nearly two and a half marathons, back to back.
1,800m of climbing. 
(Ben Nevis is only 1,345m tall). 
And I have arthritis in both of my knees.

All in all, a top idea.

Please help me raise lots of money for the NSPCC, so some good can come out of this whole ridiculous endeavour.
