Only the Brave 2018 · 25 March 2018 ·
SaxonAir and East Anglian Air Ambulance have a long standing
relationship, Both being Norwich based and hangars apart.
SaxonAir officially selected East Anglian Air Ambulance as
one of their designated charities for 2017/18 and in line with this, have
entered a courageous team of SaxonAir employees into East Anglian Air
Ambulances ‘Only The Brave’ Event.
East Anglian Air Ambulance are a cause close to SaxonAir,
not just geographically, but sentimentally also. EAAA have attended over 20,000
lifesaving missions, with crews of specialist prehospital doctors and
critical-care paramedics. EAAA were the first air ambulance in the country to
attend helicopter emergency medical incidents in the hours of darkness to
unknown and unlit locations.
SaxonAir truly believe this service is fundamental to keeping our region and
it’s surrounding counties as safe as possible.
…This is why five of our silliest… we mean… bravest employees have volunteered
to partake in EAAA Only The Brave event. 6 miles of mud, obstacles, crawling,
climbing, running and scrambling all to raise money for this worthy cause!!
Usually you find our team on a private jet slurping on
champagne, not on an obstacle course slurping on mud… So this truly is quite
the feat for these participants.
All for a commendable, deserving and honourable charity.
So if you can afford even one pound, we would be terribly
grateful!
Heaven forbid you or a loved one finds yourself in a
position where you need the care of EAAA, but donating as much or as little as
you can cements the ability for this charities continuation of invaluable,
lifesaving missions.
A Sincere Thank you,
The SaxonAir Team.
