Hey People,

I'm joining the crazy hordes doing their bit for the Dicky Ticker Foundation in the London to Brighton Bike Ride.

It isn't gonna be a walk in the park (or a pedal) and chafing will be a key worry of mine but if I know you're ensuring its all worth it, I will make sure I do you all proud.
