On 7th October I will be running a Spartan Super Race, which is a 15km+ assault course with 25+ obstacles, in an effort to raise money for the fantastic charity Blind Veterans.

This charity provide support to visually impaired ex service men and women and their families to help them improve their quality of life. This charity is very special to me as they provided a great deal of support and help to my grandad (a verteran of the Korean War) in his later life, and even provided support to my nan after he passed away.
