Cameroon Catalyst is a student driven international development charity promoting sustainable development in rural Cameroon. We bring together students and specialists to deliver essential infrastructure projects in some of the least developed communities in the country.

Story

I am fundraising for Cameroon Catalyst by taking part in a 106km walk around the Isle of Wight to raise money for Cameroon Catalyst. Cameroon Catalyst is a charity who design, fund and build infrastructure projects in Cameroon. Projects have included a health centre, workshop and solar electricity hub.

I have personally been apart of Cameroon Catalyst for the past 4 years and I am now the design manager for the student design team, working on the design of wells to provide clean water to local villagers.

From my own personal experience of travelling to Cameroon Catalyst, I have seen at first hand the dramatic impact that the work of Cameroon Catalyst is having in the region. More information can be found at: http://www.camerooncatalyst.org/

Any donations will be greatly appreciated no matter how small!
