Two months today I will be taking part in two epic bike rides covering 52,000 miles between a team of 23 riders in memory of my wonderful kind hearted niece Kelly who absolutely meant the world to me ❤️ She tragically took her own life after struggling with her mental health in December 2018.  Myself and the other  23 other riders aim to raise  much needed funds for the  charity We mind and Kelly matters set up in memory of Kelly to help others.  This will enable it  to grow stronger and stronger and go towards trying to prevent the hurt and loss my family and Kellys close friends have suffered since her loss. Until Kelly’s loss I never really understood or experienced mental health problems but anyone who knew Kelly would never have believed she could do such a thing. she was  liked by everyone, very talented at all sports and had a heart of gold, she would drop everything to help you out whenever she could putting others before her own needs. We are taking on 2 extremely difficult challenges in Europe and the US.Starting on 10th September (World Suicide Prevention Day) in Northern Spain and cycling through France and Germany for 10 days, we then move on to Newark New York in the US starting on 24th September and finishing on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco on 10th October (World Mental Health Day)
