Story

**Race Review**

Well... quite a story this one as I managed to get lost on my own island, during the marathon at mile 11 - somewhat embarrasing!  The organisers did have a lack of marshals and the field was thin at this stage so I had to dig deep to keep going after I realised I was going to slip down the field.
In the end, my Garmin says I ran 28.5 miles instead of the required 26.2!  So finishing in 03:35 was a good result all things considered - especially with the glorious sunshine and 27/28 degree heat.
