Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’m taking part in Cycle of Hope 2021, cycling around Merseyside and Lancashire, to help stop cancer in its tracks.

The effects of coronavirus, has resulted in hundreds of thousands of cancer referrals and appointments being lost, to stop the spread of coronavirus. This means that now more than ever North West Cancer Research needs our support.

As team we are cycling to further research into Cancer. I will personally be cycling in memory of my Grandad, Ian Wright; who sadly passed away to the effects of cancer in 2017.

Until now, this is something I have found difficult to understand and talk about, so alongside fundraising for greater research; I would you to join me in conversation about cancer, by simply talking and listening with family and friends to explore their experience’ to better understand this terrible disease. Talking about cancer is never easy.
