As you can see the wonderful folks at IJM have cooked up a tough challenge - 3 days of about 130kms per day, and probably not ideal for those who, like me, qualify for a free bus pass ;) 

Ok I have been doing a bit of training, but 3 days in a row...  seriously??

You have probably read the next bit before! - but be careful because Just Giving have introduced a "voluntary contribution" sort of 15% tip that goes to them that they add on to the bill - you need to be alert to remove it (unless you want to tip them).
