For those of you that do not know - or indeed know me - I have had my fair few run-ins with the nasty side of a brain's incapability of keeping the human body functioning. Therefore, I feel it is paramount that I support a charity that has supported me throughout the difficult times in my life.

Statistically, 1 in 3 people will suffer with a mental health problem in their lifetime, and because of this I feel it is important to support those charities that work endlessly to provide support to those who need it most. Although you may never require their help, it is nice to know that even a small contribution can help save someone's life, if not yours.

On 12th December 2017, I will be going under the clippers and removing all of my luscious locks from my head  in aid of the Mind Charity. I hope those reading this will be able to help financially, but at least spread the word on the cause. The daunting process will of course be filmed for your enjoyment!
