I have had long hair for almost 20 years... being a yogi, we often talk about practicing “non-attachment” and I’ve realised that I’m SUPER ATTACHED to my hair!!   I’ve decided that it’s time to take this step... confront this attachment.... So once we have raised £2000 I will shave everything off - hair and beard - and I would like to do this on my birthday.. February 7th.

When we achieve this, I will of course provide video/photographs of the big day. 

In 2016 I finally visited the Amazon and was completely blown away by its vast and awesome beauty.  I was only there for 2 weeks but I feel like I left a piece of my heart in that magical forest...  I’m dying to go back, but it is being decimated at such a rate, who knows what will be left... 

Many consider that rainforest to be the lungs of our precious planet.  I believe that it is our responsibility to protect it.  

So please help out the Amazon... donate what you can, every little helps.
