I will be running the London Marathon to fundraise for Independent Age, a fantastic charity that helps older vulnerable people to remain independent and live well.

The pandemic has shown us the challenges posed by social issues like loneliness and poverty on society's most vulnerable.

Independent Age produces material to help the elderly understand and access their entitlements, provides a touchpoint for those experiencing loneliness, and ensures strong advocacy on these important topics.

I am running in memory of my Grandfather, who passed away in 2018.
