Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am putting myself way out of my comfort zone, I only started running in September and now I’ve entered myself into the Bath Half Marathon to raise money and awareness for Designability. ‘Why’ is an appropriate response!

Read on below to see why Designability deserve our support:

Noah, 3, is paraplegic, and was confined to being pushed around in a buggy like a baby.

Noah did not receive NHS funding for a powered wheelchair and his parents were unable to afford to purchase one.

Designability provided Noah with a free Wizzybug powered wheelchair through the Wizzybug Loan Scheme.

He has had his Wizzybug for just over a year now and it has opened up his world, as his mum said: “With his Wizzybug, Noah can be the adventurous toddler he so desperately wants to be. He can keep up with his friends and choose exactly where he wants to go. He can run away from me and defy me, just like he should be able to!”
