I will be running my first ever 10k event, and in fact my first ever running event, on August 5th 2018.

I have decided to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. MND directly affected my family some years ago and often people do not know much about how devastating of a disease it is. It really needs your support and if you can donate anything I would really appreciate it and it will no doubt spur me along on the day!
