Cancer of all types will unfortunately touch our lives at some point either directly or through someone we know and love.

During November I am going to try and help the efforts by raising awareness and hopefully some money through dedicated walks and runs covering at least 100 miles.

Marching for Men, for me, is another method to drive awareness of Prostate Cancer so men of all ages know more about the disease but crucially how and where to get checked. It is also a vehicle to provide people information how they can get involved and help the effort to find a cure for this and all types of cancer.

The amazing work all health services and charities provide in tackling this awful disease is incredible but they still need our help!It is perfectly fine if you cannot donate but if you can spread the message then that is a step forward to find a way to a better day for thousands of people.
