WHITE COLLAR BOXING · 20 February 2007

We raise money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Story

In memory of my nan, and so many others ,12 of us will be joining the fight against cancer through white collar boxing.

Through this event we are hoping to make a difference to a lot of peoples lives, and even if we only make life more comfortable for 1 person, it will be worth the effort.

We have been hard at training for nearly six months and all is going well, other than my allergic reaction to the leather of the boxing gloves, I seem to come out in cuts and bruises whenever they come near me. However, progress is good and I have every intention of beating up my oppenent, and at least its for a good cause.

800 people will be there to witness the occasion, and for those that can't, but decide to contribute, I will make an online video available, so please do assist in this worthy cause.

We are raising money for The Royal Marsden Hospital via The David Adams Leukaemia Appeal Fund, who have supported research doctors in the Leukaemia and Children's Cancer Units for many years.

Cancer is sadly a disease that touches so many of us at some point in our lives.  We are, literally, joining in the fight against it - please help us to help The Royal Marsden Hospital.
