I struggled with depression for many years. I recovered before I found out about Catalyst, but their work is so important and can make the difference between life and death. They offer a range of services within the community including 1–1 support, wellbeing activities, and access to safe havens in Surrey. I work part-time as a volunteer in their second-hand bookshop in Godalming.

My event is the Big Sussex Bike Ride on 19 June. 100 miles through the beautiful Sussex countryside and 5,000 feet of ascent.
