We are a registered charity, providing help and support to people living with Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) and Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD). Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), also known as Willis-Ekbom disease, is a neurological disorder characterised by an irresistible urge to move to stop uncomfortable or odd sensations. As it usually interferes with sleep, it is also considered a sleep disorder.

Story

A friend of mine recently appeared on BBC local radio speaking about his experience of living with Restless Leg Syndrome for the past 35 years, I was both shocked and saddened to hear the effect this condition has had on both him and his wife and this has inspired me to do my bit and raise as much money as I can for RLS-UK, a charity committed to raising awareness of RLS, providing information and support to those living with RLS and to improve the quality of RLS care in the UK.
