Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for London Royal Parks Half Marathon I'm running on 11 October 2009 for Latin Link.

1.  It will cause me a lot of pain, to the great amusement of my friends.

2.  Latin Link is a great charity - I've been lucky enough to volunteer with them twice - building classrooms and a clinic for patients with AIDS in Ecuador, teaching at a school in Brazil and teaching English to inmates in a prison in Bolivia alongside the work of a local church.

3.  If you come closest to guessing the number of steps I take, you'll win a bottle of champagne!  I've got a trusty pedometer that'll count my steps.  Leave your guess in the message box you'll be asked to fill and the bubbly could be yours!
