My lovely sister Rachel died in November and I'm going to try to complete the Great North Run in September in order to raise money for an appropriate charity called Target Ovarian Cancer.

The course is 13.1 miles and I've never run anything like that far before, but I'm training hard and am just about up to half distance now. I'm trying to raise £600, so your contributions, large or small, will be very gratefully received.
