We know how much sport has given to us in our lives, how enjoyable it can be and the friends you can make from it, as well as the sense of achievement when you do it and when you get better at a sport!

We're running a half marathon for SFC - Sporting Family Change - who do wonderful work in helping the most vulnerable and needy in Bath and the surrounding areas, primarily through sport and activity.

SFC are currently fundraising for a Foundation for Life Centre. A holistic family therapeutic centre, where a culture of warmth and belonging is fostered. It will enhance the lives of those most vulnerable and facing the most challenges in our local community.

We'd be immensely grateful if you could spare a donation, no matter how big or small to help me fundraise for this wonderful charitable cause. We'd ike to think if you do donate it'll be in encouragement, but if the thought of us being in mental and physical pain for the last 5 kilometres (roughly half an hour at my pace) is the reason, then that's a good enough reason!
