Kev and I have run together for a number of years taking on various fell and trail races and challenges The Lakeland 100 is a 100 mile race with 27000 ft of ascent which circumnavigates the Lake District, starting and finishing in Coniston. This year we thought we'd take on the challenge and do it for a good cause.
