Story
The reason I decided to get involved at first was that I liked the idea of raising money to fight such a terrible disease and for local people . And I do love a game of football ! Since I've been involved in the last five years I've had a couple of close people affected by cancer , one my uncle Gly and the other was my mum . Both have undergone operations and treatment and both still have the dreaded check ups necessary. I'm playing in a team of friends in memory of another good friend who passed away last year on St Georges Day , Jon Hankey .
