I'm doing the Kilimanjaro marathon (42 kilometres or 26 miles-ish) in Tanzania and then attempting to climb to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro (5895 metres or 19,336 feet) in a 7-day tour and would like to raise some money for the charity Breast Cancer Care. The charity is not paying for anything to do with my trip, so all funds raised go directly to the charity account, via this site.

Donating through JustGiving is fast and totally secure. Your details are safe – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity.

** PS- I'm also trying to raise some cash for SOS Barnebyer, which is an excellent charity based in Norway but it also runs village communities for orphaned children in Africa, including one village not too far from Kilimanjaro. Breast Cancer Care and SOS Barnebyer are very worthy causes, so I hope you may like to donate to one of them.
