Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
The challenge is simple: Run a mile for each day of the month of January. Day 1 is one mile all the way up to 31 miles on the 31st, with the added enjoyment of zero-alcohol to spur me on.
By the end of the month I should be clocking in at least 496 miles but might as well go big and go for the big 500!
