Boycie was special, in many ways 😆

It didn't matter if we didn't see each other for a year or two, every time we would meet up things would be back in the same old fun groove, mainly rugby orientated and alcohol fueled. Then suddenly he's gone...

I can't even imagine what his family and close friends are going through, sending all my love to them, but what I do know is there is a big Boycie sized hole in my heart 💔

Also the guilt that we didn't meet up more, life takes over and you take for granted that your friends will always be there. Something like this can take them so quickly so it's time to make the effort, send the message, meet up and have fun. Just wish I could share that last pint with the big man.

So it's time to get my chubby ass running in memory of our mate Boycie and to help make a difference in the future...

Right now, half of people with pancreatic cancer die within three months of diagnosis. Families are left with only hope to hold onto. They need more. So, we do more.
