I am attending Aberdeen's Kiltwalk of 2023 is to raise money for the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH), a charity that helps people improve their mental health all across Scotland. The work they do is fantastic and I'm very happy to be pushing myself this far for such a good cause. I am kindly asking for donations towards SAMH. Mental health issues affect a huge number of people, and also affect their loved ones enormously. The money that I will be raising will go a great way towards improving the lives of a lot of people in Scotland, and help create positive change where it is really needed.
