Lands End to John O'Groats · 13 August 2018

The Anthony Knights Foundation Trust offer support to carers and families managing disabilities throughout their everyday life. These are gifts which in some cases allow them to maintain a certain level of independence. We also support deprived children through gifts and days out experiences.

Story

On 13 August Jamie and Tony Knights will be Cycling from John O’Groats to Lands End the whole length of the island of Great Britain, the distance by road is 874 miles (1,407 km) and takes most cyclists two weeks to complete. Both Tony and Jamie will be completing the hardest cycle route in the country in aid of the Knights Foundation and Homeless veterans.
Tony stated
"I swore I would never get back on a bike again after route 66, I cannot stand cycling hence this being a real challenge for me. Thankfully both me and Jamie will be doing together so we can share the pain"

The aim is to raise £2,000 that will be shared between the Knights Foundation who look after children with disabilities, terminal illnesses and those that live in extreme poverty. The other cause they are raising money for is for Homeless Veterans, something close to both Tony and Jamie’s hearts and a cause they have both been actively involved in over the last few years.
