Vaughan and I first met Keith way back in 1975, when we moved to Llantwit Major in South Wales.  Keith and Vaughan worked together at Aberthaw Power Station and Keith’s sense of humour sparked a long and lasting friendship that endured through the years.  What made Keith special was that he cared so much about everyone he met. When our son was in hospital he visited him, often, when it was someone’s birthday, he remembered and even when weak and near the end of his life, he still had the strength of character to think of others before himself. 

This cycle ride is a tribute to Keith but also an effort to play a very small part in the fight against cancer, the cause of so many premature deaths.
