Following my London 2 Paris adventure in 2019 I wanted to maintain my enthusiasm for cycling and quickly entered myself in to the Loch Ness Etape sportive for 2020. This is a 106km route finishing with a 9km ascent in a timed "King of the Mountain" challenge (EEK!!!).

Like most fundraising events over the past year this was postponed several times and we are now finally getting the go ahead to take part in August 2021! This will be a real challenge because I haven't had the support of training in a big group this time as I'm taking the event on myself and I haven't been cycling regularly throughout 2020/2021 - my bad! I am starting to get back in to training now and enjoying it so far!
