Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
When Sir Bobby Charlton visited Cambodia in 2008 he was so moved by the people he met who had lost limbs, had lost family and who had lost hope because of the terrible legacy of landmines that he set up his own charity. He said, "I just had to do something". Shockingly, today, Ukraine has become the most land-mined country in Europe, in scenes we never thought we would see again.
I worked for Sir Bobby in the 90's, I work for him now as a Trustee of the SBCF. This work that he inspired has already helped 1000s of victims of conflict. A kind and generous friend will match fund every donation made - a rare chance to double your money. Please support me if you can.
