In memory of My friend's infant daughter
We are aiming to raise £10,000 to install four new e-learning centres in schools in Ethiopia. £2500 provides 25 recycled computers, educational software and teacher training in each school.

Story

On the 18th of February, a friend's two week old daughter passed away in a hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

She was born with a number of complications and did not grace the world long with her presence- but meant the world to her parents as their only child.

I am wanting to make a donation in her name to a charity that is working to benefit the education of children in Ethiopia, to assist the livelihood, development and opportunities for what would have been her generation, her culture and her country. I also hope this will help to provide a small degree of comfort to her parents that though their beautiful daughter's visit here was brief, her  presence here has had, and will continue to have, a lasting positive effect on many lives.

I will be doing a 10k race on Saturday March 5th, to raise money for her, her memory, her parents and the community to which she would have been raised in in Ethiopia.
