I'm taking part in the 2019 Maldon Mud Race to raise money for Sue Ryder because St John’s Hospice were amazing for one of my dear friends.

I am running this race with Bryan’s daughters, Angela and Helen and son-in-law Derek.  Bryan ran this race for 17 years and Angela ran it last year in his honour as he was too poorly to take part. His aim was always to complete 20 years but unfortunately he wasn’t able to complete that wish. Therefore we have decided to run the last 2 years on his behalf.

Please support our cause, even if it’s only £1.  Sue Ryder offer complete care and support to those people and their families that need it in difficult times during their illness. Please donate all you can.
