In July 2021 I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer.  One year later, thanks to our incredible NHS and research funded by charities such as Breast Cancer Now, I am currently cancer free.

1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.  I've been through some s*** in my life but this was the scariest thing ever.
