Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone.

Story

"When i am an old women I shall wear purple" writes Jenny Joseph. I may not be wearing purple yet but by plunging into the sea in Wales in nothing but my birthday suit I shall certainly be blue.

Ah now I have your attention!

I am raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care joining a group of 'mad' people as we try to set a new world record for skinny dipping in the sea in Wales on Sunday 2nd June.

Several of my friends and colleagues have been touched by cancer recently but thankfully have been cured. My son is also embarking on a new challenge at University studying Radiotherapy and Oncology so I thought what better way to raise awareness and money for the wonderful work Marie Curie Cancer Care does than to bear my 50 year old rear end to the elements!

I would be very grateful for your support - however small- to spur me along .
