On the 11th June my family and I along with the fabulous Liverpool  Community Heart Failure Team will be taking part in the wirral 12.5 mile coastal walk. Our chosen charity is Pumping Marvellous Foundation, who are driven by the needs of heart failure patients. I will be walking in memory of my lovely dad who passed away with heart failure the end of last year, Thank you in advance x
