Since 1978 Outreach have been supporting adults, with a learning disability and/or long term mental health needs, to live an independent life. I have been actively involved with the charity for a number of years and been involved in other fund raising events but this is the first time I will be taking part in the Great Manchester Run to raise funds for them.

Until September 2016, I had never run more than a mile but took part in my first 5K in November and hopefully, will be ready for my first 10K by May 28th.
