Andrea and I have decided a marathon would be a good thing to tick of the things we have done list although a month away from the event I’m not so sure! We wanted to find raise for a local charity that does some really great work.  I love the recent initiative of pairing up pets and people in conjunction with the RSPCA as there is proven data to say that having a dog if you are elderly is a great way to get out, to keep fit and to fight dementia. We would be most grateful for any support no matter how small or large
