Story

Jane was always a lively, vivacious, giving and selfless person. Sadly in 2009 she was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease which is a rapid debilitating illness which took away all mobility and speech. Although Jane could use an electronic piece of equipment that could communicate for her using eye movement Jane still didn't stop considering the feelings of all others around her and always enjoyed a laugh. Jane was a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 4 loved and missed by all.

Right to the end Jane still had full control of her health care and life decisions. Accepting her illness, she continued to make preparations for her funeral and last will and testament which bequeathed a sizable amount towards the MNDA.

Sadly Jane passed away peacefully in Torbay hospital on the 9th January 2012.

This page was set up because of her wish that money donations to the MNDA be made instead of floral tributes.
