Our wonderful Jane, very sadly died on September 4th 2017. Along with greatly appreciated help from friends, Tynedale Hospice at Home allowed Jane to spend her final months at home, where she wanted to be and not be forced into hospital. The nurses who stayed overnight, were always kind, considerate and were a reassuring presence throughout. They allowed us both to sleep more easily and we couldn't have managed without them. So please give as generously as you are able to. Don't rob Peter to pay Paul, rob them both and donate the proceeds. Thank you so much for your help.
