Jane sadly lost her battle with cancer on 26th December 2022, passing away peacefully in her sleep during the early hours of the morning.

Having held breast cancer at bay for years with serious fortitude and stoicism, metastatic cancer from a new primary site, presumed pancreatic, crept in and unfortunately proved too much. She put up one hell of a fight, displaying incredible strength right to the end.

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she always wanted the absolute best for those around her and her loss leaves a gaping hole in our family. We are heartbroken.

Jane was hugely loved and we've been overwhelmed by messages from people around the world whose lives she touched.

Macmillan was a charity very close to Jane's heart if you would like to make a contribution in her memory in lieu of flowers.
